Cancellation policy

■For individual reservations
・7 to 4 days in advance:20% of room rate
・3 to 2 days before:30% of room rate
・One day before:50% of room rate
・On the day of arrival:80% of room rate
・Cancellation without any contact:100% of room rate
*If there are cancellation regulations set for each accommodation plan, those will take precedence.

■For group reservations(16 or more people)
・14 to 8 days in advance:10% of room rate
・7 to 4 days in advance:30% of room rate
・3 to 2 days before:80% of room rate
・One day before:100% of room rate
・On the day of arrival:100% of room rate
・Cancellation without any contact:100% of room rate

■How to pay the cancellation fee
【For regular reservations】
Please transfer the amount to the bank account we will inform you of within 5 days.

【Online card payment】
The payment will be automatically taken from the card you used to pay.

Cancellation policies may differ for reservations made through travel agencies or online travel agents (such as Jalan, Rakuten Travel, and JTB).

Accommodation tax

Starting March 1, 2026, the accommodation tax will be revised in accordance with Kyoto City Ordinance.(Tax amount is per person per night)

・Over 20,000 yen to under 50,000 yen:1,000 JPY
